多气源条件下离心压缩机的防喘振控制

Design on Anti-Surge Control System of Centrifugal Compressor at Multi-gas Resources

  • 摘要: 针对压气站多气源进站工艺复杂的问题, 研究了压气站设置集中空冷的前提下, 压缩机能兼顾输送低压气(3.8~4MPa)和中压气(5~6.5MPa)工况下防喘振控制系统的设计问题。设计方案包括分别设置中压、低压防喘回路和回流回路, 并由防喘振控制器统一控制机组的启停、正常运行、防喘振和紧急停车(ESD)。实际运行表明, 机组防喘振控制系统能有效保证机组的安全可靠运行。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to commplicated inlet process of multi-gas resources for gas compressor station, the design on anti-surge control system is carried out for gas compressor operated at low-pressure(3.8 to 4 MPa)and medium pressure(5 to 6.5 MPa)at the precondition of centralized gas cooler allocated in gas compressor station.The design procedure is that anti-surege pipe loop and reeycling pipe loop for low-pressure and medium pressure are separately designed, the start/stop, operation, anti-surge and ESD(emergency shutdown)of gas compressor sets is operated by anti-surge controller.The field running shows that the anti-surge control system can effectively prevent gas compressor from surging.
