Improvement on Incoming Technological Process of Pump Station and Suggestions

  • 摘要: 针对目前输油管道接收清管器工艺流程现存的压力容器多、过滤器清理强度大且安全系数低的缺陷, 结合管道实际运行状况, 改进了接收清管器工艺流程。通过改进, 增加了流程的可备用性, 提高了设备利用率, 降低了设备的维修率。

     

    Abstract: Based on the defects of multi-pressure vessels, intense clear-up of filter and low safety factors existed in the process of oil pipelines'pigging receiving process, combined with the operation situation of the pipeline, the incoming technological process is improved.Improving results show that the applicability of technological process and the utilization rate of equipment are increased.All this will decrease maintenance rate of equipment and cut down expenditure.
