Field Application of HG Drag Reduction Agent in Hejian-Shijiazhuang Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了HG减阻剂在河石管道现场应用的情况。分析了中间管段重复加剂对添加减阻剂运行管段的影响以及注入位置对减阻效果的影响。现场应用表明, 中间管段重复加剂具有一定的减阻效果和增输能力, 但应考虑减阻剂的实际分散时间。提出为减少和避免剪切对HG减阻剂的破坏, 加剂注入位置宜选在出站管道入地处。

     

    Abstract: The application of HG Drag Reduction Agent in Hejian-Shijiazhuang Oil Pipeline is described and the influence of DRA reinjection in intermediate station on the operation of pipeline with DRA-added and the influence of DRA i njection position on drag reduction effect are discussed.Site injection results show that DRA rei nj ection in intermediate station can obtain a certain drag reduction effect and throughput increase, but the actual dispersion time of DRA should be taken into account.It is pointed out that to reduce and avoid the effect deterioration of shear on HG DRA, proper inj ection location of DRA should be at the outlet pipeline of pump station.
