压力管道输送煤层气的技术分析

Technical Analysis on Coal-bed Gas Transportation Technology of Pressure Pipeline

  • 摘要: 通过对煤层气压力管道输送安全问题进行分析, 指出煤层气的分离提纯和爆炸极限是制约煤层气进行高压长距离输送的瓶颈。分析了变压吸附法作为煤层气工业化分离提纯方法的可行性, 提出煤层气的压力和温度升高都会使煤层气的爆炸极限范围增大, 在满足输送工艺的前提下, 应尽可能的降低煤层气的输送压力和输送温度; 当输送工况下煤层气处于其爆炸极限内, 可以通过加入惰性气体来满足输送要求。

     

    Abstract: The paper analyzes the safety complication of the coal-bed gas transportation technology, and points outthat it is the separation and purification technology and the high explosion limit that limits the coal-bed gas transportation in pressure line.The authors analyze the practicability of the pressure swing adsorption method in coal-bed gas separation and purification, puts forward that the rising of the temperature and pressure will broaden the explosion limits, therefore, the transportation temperature and pressure should be lowered as far as possible under the condition of satisfied the transportation technology.If the gas within the explosion limits, eertain amount of inert gas should be added so as to meet the needs of the transportation technique.
