原油直接式加热炉过剩空气系数的合理选用

Choosing Proper Excess Air Coefficient for Direct Fired Heater

  • 摘要: 介绍了原油直接式加热炉运行过程中燃料燃烧时所需理论空气量的计算方法。通过分析过剩空气系数过大及过小对加热炉正常运行的影响, 提出了合理选用过剩空气系数的必要性。认为燃油燃气加热炉宜采用过剩空气系数较低的低氧燃烧方式。

     

    Abstract: The paper introduces the calculation method for theoretical air volume needed for the running of thedirect fired heater.The influence of high or low excess air coefficient on the heater is analyzed and theimportance for choosing proper excess air coefficient is put forward.It is proposed that direct fired heatershould be operated under the low excess air coefficient.
