西南成品油管道混油量的计算

Calculation and Annalysis on Contaminated Volume of Southwestern Products Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对西南成品油管道顺序输送中产生混油的问题, 通过比较常用的混油计算方法, 并在变径或变流量处使用混油当量长度, 以确定适合西南成品油管道混油量的计算方法。指出该管道各中间站的计算结果与实测数据差距较大, 尚需开展深入的研究。

     

    Abstract: Contaminated volume produced is a common phenomenon in batch transportation process ofSouthwestern Products Oil Pipeline.To accurately calculate the contaminated volume, comparison tocommon calculation methods are carried out aiming at selecting an available one which is suitable for thePipeline.The equivalent length of contamination applied to the reducing pipe and variable flow rate sectionis introduced during calculation process.It is pointed out that the calculation results for every intermediatestation greatly differ from field data, which need to be further investigated and analyzed.
