管道试压过程稳压时间的理论研究
Theoretical Study on the Duration of Hydrostatic Test of Pipeline

摘要: 将管道上泄漏点理想化为泄漏孔, 运用流体力学原理建立了管道试压稳压时间的计算模型。以西气东输管道为例, 利用该模型进行了计算, 结果表明, 水压试验稳压时间与管容、管内含气量关系密切, 气体介质试压稳压时间随内压、管容而不同。根据计算结果确定了试压稳压时间的建议值。Abstract: Taking an idealized leaking point in pipeline as a leaking hole, a mathematic model to determine theduration of pressure testing is established based on hydrodynamics principle.One pipeline section inWest-East Gas Pipeline is taken as a computing target, a calculation is carried out making use of the model.Calculation results show that the duration of hydrostatic testing is closely related to the pipe capacity andgas volume in the pipe, and the duration for gas medium varies with the internal pressure and capacity ofthe pipe.A recommended duration of hydrostatic testing is determined based on the calculation results.
