用有限元法计算罐车内轻油温度场

Calculating Temperature Field of Light-oil inside Rail Tanker with Finite Element Method

  • 摘要: 为了解决铁路罐车轻油上卸管路系统存在的气阻问题, 通过分析罐车的几何特性, 建立了油罐车内轻油温度场数学模型和求解边界条件, 使用ANSYS有限元软件求解该数学模型。将油罐车内轻油温度场简化为二维非稳定传热问题。通过对轻油温度场一个运行周期的计算, 既可求出在运行周期内某时刻轻油温度场的温度分布, 也可以求出罐车内任意点在整个运行周期中的温度变化值。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problems of air-lock, reduce the saturated vapor pressure and the temperature, which willbe generated in light oil lnloading system of rail tanker during light oil unloading process, mathematicalmodel for solving temperature field of the light oil in oil tanker and boundary condition is establishedthrough analyzing the geometrical characteristic of rail tanker.Simplifying the temperature field of light oiltanker as a two-dimensional non-steady heat transfer problem, ANSYS finite element software is adopted tosolve the mathematical model.By means of the software, either the temperature distribution of temperaturefield of light oil at any time of unloading duration can be obtained, or the temperature variables at any pointof tanker in wh0le unloading duration can be calculated.
