长输管道瞬变流控制研究

Study on the Transient Flow Control of Long-distance Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 以西部原油成品油管道为例, 论述了长输管道瞬变流产生的原因及其对管道安全运行的危害, 并对管道瞬变流的强度进行了定量的分析。给出了以压力调节和压力保护方法有效控制管道瞬变流的方法, 认为调度员通过远程控制可以进行人为干预来控制瞬变流。

     

    Abstract: Taking Western Oil Pipeline as an example, the paper describes the reason of transient flow occurredin long-distanee oil pipeline and hazards to pipeline safety operation, and quantitative analysis on thestrength of transient flow is made.Pressure regulating and/or protection method to effectively control thetransient flow is provided by authors and pipeline operators conduct human intervention to remotely controlthe transient flow in pipeline it put forward.
