天然气管道中间分输站运行方案的确定与优化

Determination and Optimization for Operation Scheme of Intermediate Station in Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对天然气长输管道沿线用户不同程度上存在的季节性用气量的差异, 使分输站的供气方式及运行方案多有变化的问题, 通过对下游用户用气规律进行了调查, 确定孔板流量计的孔径规格, 绘制现有支路及确定孔板在不同压力下的流量范围, 分析选择出合适的供气方式, 从而有效优化合理的管道运行方案。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the differences in gas demands for different gas users, which often change gas supplymode and operation scheme of gas pipeline, an investigation on gas demand law of upstream and/ordownstream gas users is made.It is considered that by means of determining pore diameterof orificeflowmeter, diagramming current offtake pipeline, determining the flow rate scope at different pressure, analyzing or choosing available gas supply mode, the operation scheme of gas pipeline can be effectivelyoptimized.
