A Crawler-mounted Remote-controlled Tractor to Control and Recover Spillage ofPipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种履带遥控式泄漏与漏油回收机械。整机由执行机构和遥控操作平台两大系统构成, 适用于多种地形条件下管道泄漏事故的控制和漏油回收。这台自行研发的机械以保障人身安全和环境保护为设计原则, 以“变堵为疏”为技术理念, 可以有效保障管道维抢修人员现场工作中的安全, 提高回收率, 降低漏油污染程度, 具有很高的安全性、可靠性和实用性。

     

    Abstract: A crawler-mounted remote-controlled tractor to control and recover spillage of pipeline is presented. This machinery is composed of 2 major systems: actuating system and remote-controlled operating platform system, which is applicable for control and recovery of leakage oil under various terrains in case of pipeline leaking accident. The machine is self-developed on the design principle of guaranteeing personal safety and environmental protection, and on the technical thinking "to change blocking into guiding". With this kind of machine, the safety of the workers involved in pipeline rush-repair can be guaranteed effectively, in addition to increase recovery rate and decrease extent and degree of leaking oil contamination. The machine has a high security, reliability and practicability.
