输气管道工程采办与施工问题探讨

Discussion on Procurement and Hydro-technological Protection of Gas Transmission Pipeline Project

  • 摘要: 对输气管道工程建设中采办与管道水工保护等问题进行了深入探讨与研究。以兰银管道工程为例, 对管材控制数据进行了过程监控分析, 提出了管材数量控制的四个阶段控制法, 指出水工、环保是管道工程建设的重要附属工程, 其设计与施工质量直接影响管道的运行安全, 设计部门与施工单位必须予以高度重视。

     

    Abstract: The authors deeply study and probe into the procurement and hydro-technological protection technique during the construction of gas transmission pipeline project. Taking Lanzhou-Yinchuan Gas Transmission Pipeline Project as an example, an analysis on the process monitoring of control data of pipe material is made and "4-stage controlling method" about the quantity controlling of pipe material is presented. It is pointed out that hydro-technological protection project and environmental protection project are important appurtenant work in pipeline project, in which design and construction quality will directly influence the operation safety of pipeline, therefore, pipeline design and construction companies should lay stress upon it.
