The None-Motile Control System for Pigging Operation of PressurePipeline

  • 摘要: 分析了国内外清管器的研究和应用现状, 提出了一种新的压力管道清管非能动控制系统。通过比较各种方案的优缺点, 从安全、可靠、稳定的角度进行了系统的主阀、通行阀、清管球以及控制回路的结构设计。该系统具有无需值守、无需附加动力能源、结构简单、易于扩展、成本低和较高的可靠性等优点, 特别适用于沙漠、海洋、森林、冰雪等恶劣的自然条件。

     

    Abstract: Present situation of research and application of pigging technology at home and abroad is analyzed. A new none-motile control system for pigging pressure pipeline is proposed. The main structure of the new system in design scenario, based on safety, reliability and stability, is composed of main valve, fluid-controlled valve, pig and control loop. The new pigging system of low cost, designed with simple structure, unmanned monitored, non-additional power and easily to expand, can work steadily in hostile environment like desert, sea, forest, ice and snow.
