Comparison and Analysis of Centering Methods for Oil Pump Shaft

  • 摘要: 分析了百分表法对中和激光对中仪对中的工作原理, 对比了两种方法在实际应用中的效果。激光对中仪可以避免设备轴向窜动的影响, 以及表架挠度造成的误差, 对中精度较高, 适用于泵轴的对中。

     

    Abstract: The operation principle of micrometer and laser centering indicator is analyzed and availability of the two methods is compared. The result displays that the laser centering indicator, not subjected to axial displacement and avoiding from flexible error of gauge holder, can work well with high accuracy, which is suitable for the centering of pump shaft.
