重质油储罐罐顶内腐蚀分析及对策

Analysis on Inner Surface Corrosion of Roof of Heavy Oil Tank and Anticorrosive Countermeasures

  • 摘要: 探讨了重质油储罐罐顶腐蚀问题, 对腐蚀产物进行了化学分析和波谱分析, 结果表明, 重质油罐罐顶腐蚀为罐顶内表面液相水所致。阐述了H2O、O2、SO2、H2S对罐顶腐蚀产生和发展的影响作用, 提出了防治腐蚀的对策。

     

    Abstract: Discussions on the inner surface corrosion of roof of heavy oil tanks are taken. Chemical analysis and wave spectrum analysis on corrosion products are carried out.Resultsshow that the presence of evaporated water on the inner surface of roof is a major cause of corrosion. The impact of H2O, O2, SO2 and H2S on the origin of corrosion and its development is also expounded and anticorrosive countermeasures are presented.
