输油管道热缩套下的腐蚀原因分析

Analysis on Corrosion Failure of Oil Pipeline under Heat Shrinkable Sleeves

  • 摘要: 对管道热缩套下对接环形焊缝附近爆裂的实际案例进行了分析。现场开挖发现, 管道对接焊缝处均未按设计要求涂敷底漆, 热收缩套在高温的作用下松弛变形进水, 从而导致管道局部腐蚀严重。

     

    Abstract: An analysis is carried out to a practical case of a pipeline rupture happened near spiral weld under field applied heat shrinkable sleeves. It is revealed during field excavation that there is no primer coating under the sleeves in accordance with design requirement and malfunction of the sleeves in long term high temperature environment caused water entering and severe localized corrosion.
