热油管道停输再启动特性的环道模拟试验研究

Simulation Research on Shutdown and Restart Process of Hot Oil Pipeline by Large-scale Test Loop

  • 摘要: 借助大型环道, 对热油管道的停输再启动特点以及相关影响因素进行了现场条件下的全面试验研究。首次测得了埋地管道停输过程中管内不同径向位置处油温的变化数据。试验所测量得到的停输温降、启动压力、压力波速情况以及各因素对启动过程定量的影响程度结果, 对于停输再启动的计算研究具有重要参考价值。

     

    Abstract: Shutdown and restart characteristics of hot oil pipeline and the effect of correlative factors are studied through large-scale test loop under field condition. The radial temperature distribution of oil over buried pipeline is measured during shutdown process for the first time. These experimental datum, such as shutdown temperature drop of oil, restart pressure, the velocity of restart pressure wave and so on, and quantitative effect degree of correlative factors on restart process of pipeline have important reference value to hot oil pipeline's shutdown and restart calculation research.
