基于小挠度理论的悬空管道力学分析

Mechanics Analysis on Vacant Pipelines Based on Small Deflection Theory

  • 摘要: 根据小挠度理论, 建立了黄土塌陷、水冲、滑坡等引起的管道悬空段的力学模型, 考虑管子自重、防腐层重量、输送介质重量、温度应力、土体的内聚力等对管道的作用, 给出了以上各种载荷的计算方法, 并利用ANSYS软件计算了不同悬空长度管道的应力分布, 找出了最大的Mises应力及位移值, 以及它们所对应的位置。

     

    Abstract: According to small deflection theory, a mechanical model for pipeline vacancy caused by loess collapse, washout and landslides is establishes in the article. Considering the effect on pipelines such as pipe's deadweight, coating weight, the weight of the medium piped, temperature stress and soil's cohesion, various methods for load calculation are provides hereinbefore and ANSYS software is used to calculate the stress distributed over different length of pipeline segments vacant. The maximum Mises stress and displacement values as well as their corresponding positions are found out finally,
