输油泵机组轴瓦冷却装置的研发与应用

Development and Application of Bearing Insert Cooling Device of Oil Pump Unit

  • 摘要: 针对大型输油泵机组轴瓦温度超高的问题, 提出采用氟利昂制冷、PLC温控、超导热管等多种技术, 设计研发了一种实用的氟利昂制冷降温系统。实际应用结果表明, 该系统能有效冷却输油泵与电机的轴瓦高温, 降低了输油泵机组的停机故障率, 节省了维护成本。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of high temperature of bearing insert in large oil pump unit, various technologies such as using Freon refrigeration, PLC temperature control and superconducting heat pipe are put forward and a kind of applied Freon refrigeration cooling system is designed and developed.Practical application result indicates that the system can cool the high temperature of bearing insert in large oil pump and motor efficiently, which cuts down the fault rate caused by shutting down of oil pump units and economizes maintenance cost.
