储运过程中的油品蒸发及回收

Evaporation and Recovery of Petroleum Products during Storage and Transportation

  • 摘要: 分析了油品储运过程中蒸发损耗产生的机理, 介绍了吸收法、吸附法、冷凝法、膜分离法以及吸收-吸附集成法的工艺流程和技术要点, 探讨了各种油气回收技术的优缺点和适用范围。分析结论认为, 吸收-吸附集成油气回收工艺宜作为今后研究和推广的重点。

     

    Abstract: The producing mechanism of evaporation loss in petroleum products storage and transportation is analyzed.Based on each loss type from different origins, the separation and recovery technologies by absorption, adsorption, condensation, membrane and absorption-adsorption are introduced respectively.Then, the advantages and disadvantages of every method and application scope are discussed.The conclusion is drawn that the absorption-adsorption integrated process should be used as the focus of research and popularization in the future.
