Abstract: The article mainly details the analysis about safety and technology management of oil loading arms from four aspects such as shore-ship jumper cables, emergency release device, failure of the loading arms and preventive measures.It is pointed out that comprehensive quality control and safety management should be carried out in design, manufacture, installation, operation and maintenance.And target preventive measures are also proposed in the paper.
