原油管输工艺的等温降离散分段计算方法

Discrete Method based on Equal Temperature-drop Step Increment for Oil Pipeline's Process Computing

  • 摘要: 提出了含蜡原油管道等温降离散数值计算方法。该方法便于根据不同位置流型和结蜡变化情况选择处理方法,温降步长的可调使物性转换点温度始终位于计算段节点,使段内油温分布不出现物性一温度关系突变,有效降低了由此引起的处理误差。在考虑摩擦热影响的计算要求时,不必使用迭代试算方法,比长度离散方法更简单。按输量、油温及埋设条件变化状况自动选择计算步长的方法,提高了计算速度和精度。

     

    Abstract: The discrete method based on equal temperature-drop step increment for heat oil pipeline's process computing is outlined in the paper. The method could conveniently be utilized to dispose the changing situation such as flow condition and physical behavior change taken place during transportation due to varying oil temperature. The step length could be adjustable, which keeps the temperature of the physical behavior point at calculating point all the time and the function relationship between oil physical behaviorparameters and temperature is discontinuous more accurate and easy.The iterative formula utilized to calculate friction thermal influence is also given out, which is simple than discrete progress. Automatically selecting the method for step length calculation according to flow capacity, oil temperature and burying condition improves calculating speed and precision.
