用双曲正切结蜡模型计算含蜡原油管道的结蜡分布

Using Hyperbolic Tangent Wax Deposit Model to Calculate Wax Distribution over Waxy Crude Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 在原油热输管道修复开挖暴露长度的计算中,应用了双曲正切结蜡模型计算管道开挖前的结蜡厚度分布。对模型的验证表明,双曲正切结蜡模型用于计算含蜡原油管道的结蜡分布是可行的,计算得到的热油管道开挖暴露长度更合理。

     

    Abstract: In calculating the uncovered length of underground waxy crude oil pipeline being repaired, the hyperbolic tangent wax deposit model is adopted to calculate the wax thickness distribution prior to pipe excavation.Verification result shows that to calculate wax distribution over waxy crude oil pipeline, hyperbolic tangent wax deposit model is feasible, which can make the uncovered length of pipes more reasonable.
