关于石油管道注剂增输率的预测原理

Principle for Predicting the Flow Increase Rate of an Oil Pipeline with Drag Reducer

  • 摘要: 依据减阻剂减阻机理,分析并研究了影响液体管道加剂增输效果的各种因素,除减阻剂本身分子结构、摩尔质量及管道液体中减阻剂含量外,还有壁面附近轴向摩擦应力的大小、液体脉动的强度及含有定向减阻剂分子液体层的厚度等。如果两条管道中影响增输效果的因素相同或相近,则两条管道的加剂增输率相等或接近。利用室内环道预测工业管道注剂增输率的原理是调节室内环道轴向摩擦应力的大小与分布。

     

    Abstract: Based on drag reduction mechanism of drag reducer in pipelining fluid, an analysis and research are carried out on the molecular structure, mole mass and dosage which are the factors effecting on the flow increase results of drag reducer, and axial friction stress near the pipe wall and pulsating intensity of the fluid, thickness of the liquid layer with directional molecule of drag reducer as well.If there are the same or similar effect factors in two pipelines, the same or similar flow increase rate will be obtained. When predict the flow increase rate of industrial pipeline taking use of interior simulating loop, the magnitude and distribution of axial friction stress need to be regulated depending on the situation.
