兰成渝管道风险评价实践

Practice of Risk Evaluation for Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing Oil Products Pipeline

  • 摘要: 管道完整性管理是当今世界各大管道公司普遍采用的一种管道管理模式,风险评价则是完整性管理过程中的一个重要环节。管道风险评价是通过对可能危及管道安全运行的诸因素进行分析,对各种可能的后果进行预测计算,对管道的各种风险按其大小进行排序,为管道风险治理提供依据。介绍了运用半定量的评价方法对兰成渝管道内江一重庆段的风险计算过程,给出了评价结果。

     

    Abstract: Pipeline integrity management is a kind of pipeline management mode widely applied by international pipeline companies nowadays, while the risk evaluation is an important chain in the process of pipeline integrity management.The basic procedure of pipeline risk evaluation is that every factor possibly dangerous to the safety of pipeline operation and possible consequences resulted from that are first analyzed, predicted and calculated, then ranking of the pipeline risks is made based on the risk degree, which can be taken as a theoretical base for the control of pipeline management. Taking the risk calculating process of Neijing-Chongqing pipeline section in Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing Oil Products Pipeline for example, the paper introduces the application of semiquantitative risk evaluation method to the pipeline and provides evaluation conclusion.
