输气管道压气站能耗的㶲分析

Exergy Analysis on Energy Loss at Compressor Stations over Gas Transmission Pipelines

  • 摘要: 利用大甩分析的方法,建立了输气管道压气站能量损耗计算的数学模型。结合压气站机组实例,分析了影响压气站能量损失的各种因素。分析结果表明,燃烧过程和排气过程的㶲损失最大,认为分析结果可以作为输气管道压气站节能改造的基础。

     

    Abstract: Using the method of exergy analysis,mathematic models of energy loss at compressor station over gas transmission pipelines is established.Combined with case analysis of compressor sets,an analysis is made to the influence factors of energy loss of compressor station.Analytical results show that the exergy loss produced in the course of combustion and exhaust is highest,which can be taken as a guidance in reducing the energy loss of compressor stations.
