基于点蚀缺陷分形特征的剩余强度评价

Remaining Strength Evaluation Based on the Fractal Character of the Pitting

  • 摘要: 对腐蚀管道点蚀机理进行研究, 发现整个腐蚀表面呈凹凸不平状, 具有某种随机或统计意义上的自相似性, 从而认为点蚀缺陷具有分形的特征。根据其分形特征构造了两种点蚀缺陷的形状, 结合实际选择一种缺陷形状进行模拟。对某管道的三个点蚀孔运用有限元分析方法进行剩余强度评价, 得出了相关结论。

     

    Abstract: A study on pitting mechanism of corroded pipeline is made.The study discovers that the overall corrosion surface of pitting is uneven,which has a random or similarity in statistics,and consider the pitting presents fractal character.Two shapes of pitting are structured based on the fractal character of pitting and one of the two pittings is selected to be simulated according to the actual pipeline.Finite element method is adopted to analyze the remaining strength of the 3 pittings of a pipe and relative conclusions are obtained.
