Dynamic Simulation Research on BOG in LNG Tank

  • 摘要: LNG储罐漏热引起的BOG蒸发速率、BOG压力(罐内压力)的运行控制是LNG接收终端正常运行的关键。通过对LNG储罐内流体热响应过程的分析,建立了储罐内流体的计算模型,开展了储罐热负荷、BOG排出速率对BOG蒸发速率和压力的影响的动态模拟分析,提出了BOG蒸发和排出速率控制的建议。

     

    Abstract: For the LNG tank,Controlling the evaporation rate of BOG resulting from heat release and pressure of BOG (internal pressure of LNG tank) is of importance to the safe operation of LNG receiving terminal.By analyzing the process of heat response for the fluid in LNG tank,a mathematic model for the fluid is established.The dynamic simulation analysis on heat load of LNG tank,the influence of release rate of BOG to evaporation and pressure of BOG is carried out,and suggestions controlling the evaporation and release rate of BOG are put forward as well.
