管道清洗Pig运行阻力的计算方法

A Study on Calculation Methodology of Operation Resistance of Pipeline Cleaning Pig

  • 摘要: 基于对Pig的应力和变形分析，推导出了弹性Pig通过圆截面管道和收敛圆锥形管道时的运行阻力的数学表达式。为验证计算方法的正确性，对比了运行阻力的计算值和实测值，结果表明，该计算方法可以很好地预测Pig的运行阻力。

     

    Abstract: Based on the analysis of deformation and stresses of elastic cleaning Pig,mathematic expressions of Pig’s operation resistance passing through the pipeline with circular cross section and tapered pipe are developed.To verify the calculation methodology,the measured and theoretical values for operation resistance are compared.The experimental results show that the calculation method can forecast the Pig’s operation resistance very well.
