Abstract: In this paper,the author describes the componont of unconventional gas,its reserves and uitilization prospectives.The exploitation and utilization status quo of coalbed gas,shale gas and tight gas are analyzed and forecasted.It is pointed out that China should work with a concentrated force to explore coalbed gas and shale gas,and in the meantime the pipeline route should be programmed rationally so as to conveniently transmit the gas.The issues on pipelining the unconventional gas are put forward in the paper.
