加热炉燃烧器的技术改造

Technological Reform of Heater'S Burner

  • 摘要: 对空气雾化内混喷嘴式4 650 kW热媒炉燃烧器存在火焰不稳、燃烧不充分的问题进行了分析,改用WKMS50威索燃烧器,给出了相应的改进技术指标。实际运行结果表明,改进后的WKMS50威索燃烧器自动化程度高,消除了燃烧迟滞效应,改善了热媒炉工况变化过程中的燃烧效果。

     

    Abstract: In the light of uncontinuity flame and insufficiency burning of burner of 4650kW heater, the relative modified indexes to solve these problems are analyzed and put forward.WKMS 50 Weishaupt(made in Germany)burner is used tO replace the original 4650kW heater.The application results show that WKMS 50 Weishaupt burner modified, with a highly automatic level, eliminates the effect of burning delay and improves burning performance of heat medium heaters under variable operating conditions.
