Energy Saving Technology of GW5000.Y/6.4.Y2 Heater of Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 分析了加热炉热效率理论,指出提高加热炉热效率的措施是降低排烟热损失、散热损失、气体不完全燃烧热损失及固体不完全燃烧热损失。根据铁秦线GW5000-Y/6.4-Y2型直接式加热炉的运行情况,提出了降低加热炉排烟温度、将加热炉控制在高效率区运行和加强加热炉气密性维护等多项措施,给出了具体的技术改进方案。

     

    Abstract: Heat efficiency theory of heaters is analyzed in the paper.It is pointed Out that measures to increase heat efficiency of heaters are to decrease flue gas loss, radiation loss, imperfect combustion loss of gas and solid.Based on the operation situation of GW5000-Y/6.4-Y2 Direct Fired Heater used in TieIing— Qinhuangdao Oil Pipeline, the measures included in technical reform program for the purpose of decreasing flue gas temperature of the heater, controlling the heater operating in high efficiency working ZOne and enhancing air tightness of heaters are provided.
