钢质管道内外环氧粉末喷涂一次成膜技术

Film Forming Process for Internal & External Fusion Bond Epoxy Powder of Steel Pipes

  • 摘要: 通过比较钢质管道内外涂层环氧粉末涂料性能的差异以及各自的成型工艺,分析了涂料性能和成膜工艺的异同点,提出了钢质管道应用熔结环氧粉末内外同时成膜的可行性技术,以降低“先内后外”或“先外后内”工艺对已经成型外层(内层)环氧粉末涂层造成的损坏,具有一定的工程推广价值。

     

    Abstract: Performance differences and individual film forming process of fusion bond epoxy(FBE)for internal and external application of steel pipes are compared in the article.The authors analyze the discrepancy of FBE and its film forming process for inner 8L outer surface application of pipes, present an available technique that the inner film and outer film can be once formed.This technique can eliminate the damage to the formed FBE film of steel pipes resulting from the"inner applying before outer applying"or"outer applying before inner applying"process.which is of importance in engineering utilization.
