天然气管道三种碰口作业方法及其确定

Three Tie-in Techniques and its Determination for Natural Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 以靖西天然气长输管道改扩建中碰口作业实践为例,概述了停输带气微正压、停输置换不带气及不停输带压封堵三种碰口作业方法及其具体实施过程。通过对比分析,提出了这三种管道碰口作业在现场施工时应注意的问题,认为应针对管道对口焊接的目的性、时间性、焊接位置和下游用气情况,根据高效、安全、经济的原则来合理确定管道的碰口作业方法。

     

    Abstract: Taking the tie-in practice in reconstruction and expansion of Jingxi Natural Gas Transmission Pipeline for an example, the paper describes the three tie-in techniques, that is, tie-in operation in shut down micro—positive pressure with gas, shut down and gas displacement without gas and on—line stoppling, and Drovides operation steps of these tie-in techniques.Through comparison and analysis, the paper emphasizes relative problems to be focused on when these tie-in techniques are field utilized and considers that the tie-in techniaues to be field used should be rationally determined based on efficiency, safety and economy in pipeline welding in allusion to the objective, time, welding position of pipe and gas consumption of downstream users.
