基于多源信息融合的管道泄漏监测

Pipeline Leak Monitoring Based on Multi-sensor Information Fusion

  • 摘要: 采用OPC技术对管道运行参数进行远程高速采集, 运用过程平稳熵对管道瞬变状态进行识别, 将由管道泄漏引起的压力、流量、密度、温度等运行参数以及管道参数、油品参数进行融合诊断, 以弥补单一传感器或同类型传感器进行泄漏诊断造成的泄漏识别准确度和定位精度较低等不足。将基于多源信息融合的管道泄漏诊断方法用于西部原油成品油管道的泄漏监测, 结果表明, 该方法能有效地识别泄漏, 具有较高的泄漏定位精度。

     

    Abstract: OPC(OLE for Process Control)is used to acquire pipeline operation parameters for remote monitoring pipeline real-time.Pipeline transient states are discriminated with process steady entropy.In order to improve the accuracy of leak recognition and leak location which are usually occurred in single sensors or same types of sensors, pipeline operation parameters, pipeline parameters and products parameters are used to fusion diagnosis.The method is used in leak monitoring of Western Crude Oil and Oil Product Pipelines in China.The results display that the method has a good function in the accuracy of leak recognition and leak location.
