新型浓缩悬浮体降凝剂的研制与应用

Location-allocation Problem of Strategic Petroleum Storage Based on Hybrid Intelligent Algorithm

  • 摘要: 对成功研制的三种不同基液配方体系的新型浓缩体降凝剂的基本物性、静置稳定性、在煤油中的溶解性及其对大庆原油的降凝效果进行了测试评价,结果表明,新型浓缩悬浮体降凝剂在不破坏其有效成分原有降凝效果的基础上,可大大改善降凝剂的工业应用性能。同时,该悬浮体降凝剂工业规模化生产的工艺简单,易于实施,具有广阔的市场应用前景。

     

    Abstract: The hybrid intelligent algorithm is an intelligentized heuristic algorithm which compromises the random simulation algorithm, the simplex method and genetic algorithm. According to the risk in establishment of strategic petroleum storage, the paper describes the mathematics model of the petroleum storage structures facility location allocation problem and exercises uncertain planning models to solve the petroleum storage structures location-allocation problem with demands of economic developing and limited route length. Experimental result shows that the hybrid intelligent algorithm can find out an optimal or nearly optimal solution efectively compared with the traditional algorithm.
