铁路槽车负压卸油系统的改造

Reformation to Vacuum Unloading Oil System of Rail Tank Wagon

  • 摘要: 对铁路卸油系统采用真空虹吸引流上卸方式过程中易产生真空泵尾气和高温时的气阻断流问题进行了分析,提出了卸油系统的改造方法。在试验和调研的基础上,对卸油系统的改造方案进行了设计。实践表明,卸槽潜油泵法是火车槽车负压卸油系统改造的最理想方法。

     

    Abstract: For the rail tank wagon, an analysis is made to the issues that top-unloading oil of vacuum unloading system will produce tail gas from vacuum pump and air-lock due to high temperature. A technical reform method is presented for the vacuum unloading oil system. Based on the experiment and investigation, a technical reform program for the vacuum unloading oil system is designed. Field application shows that an immersible pump method is the most ideal method for the oil vacuum unloading system of rail tank wagon.
