油气管道工程中阀门启用理念的探究

Exploration into the Concept of Valve Commissioning in Oil and Gas Pipeline Engineering

  • 摘要: 实践证明,阀门技术管理是目前油气管道工程建设的“短板”之一。通过对阀门启用由来、定义、本质、特点、作用的探究,对国内外发展现状分析,认为阀门启用可以有效解决这一“短板”问题,进而改善油气管道工程的阀门技术状况,降低管道投产、运行的风险,提升管道运行品质,丰富管道完整性管理内容。

     

    Abstract: Practice proves that control of valve technology is one of the "weakest link" in present oil and gas pipeline engineering. By means of exploring and studying the origin, definition, property, characteristic and function of valve commissioning, and analyzing its development status quo at home and abroad, the authors consider that valve commissioning can effectively solve the problem of "short plate" existed in pipeline engineering system, improve the valve technology of oil and gas pipeline engineering, lower in the risk in pipeline commissioning and operation, increase operation quality and enrich integrity management content of pipeline.
