高压水射流在高压气管内表面清洗中的应用

Application of High-pressure Water Jet Flow Technique in Washing of Internal Surface of High-pressure Pipes

  • 摘要: 储运高压气的高压气管使用中因其内表面残留氧化皮脱落造成出口阀路堵塞,导致高压气管失效。介绍了高压水射流清洗技术的特点和水射流效应的机理,阐述了该设备的工作过程、系统组成和基本参数,并作了经济分析和效果评价。

     

    Abstract: Pipes for natural gas storage and transmission will produce oxide skin on the inner surface after long-term's usage, which will plug the outlet valve and lead to a failure of the high-pressure pipe. To solve this problem, high-pressure water jet flow technique is presented and the characteristic and effect mechanism of the high-pressure water jet flow for washing the oxide skin are introduced in the paper. Work process, structure and basic parameters of the high-pressure water jet flow system is described, and economic analysis and effectiveness evaluation of the technique are also carried out.
