大庆原油降凝剂复配试验研究

Experimental Study on Compositional Formulation of Pour Point Depressant for Daqing Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 研究了不同区块大庆原油对降凝剂的感受性与其物性特征和碳数分布的关系。以吸附与共晶理论为基础,结合不同区块原油的蜡碳数分布规律对VA含量相同但分子量不同的系列EVA进行复配,同时开展具有不同官能团的化合物与有效EVA的复配试验研究。试验结果表明,VA含量为X2和X3的EVA对大庆原油体现出比其它系列EVA相对较好的降凝效果。在相同的试验条件下,不同分子量的系列EVA经过复配之后改善了单一分子量EVA对南一联原油的降凝效果。

     

    Abstract: The paper describes the researches into the susceptibility of pour point depressant on Daqing crude oil from different blocks, which is related to physical property and carbon number distribution of Daqing oil. Based on adsorption and eutecticum theory and combined with carbon number distribution of Daqing oil, experimental research on compositional formulation of series EVA with different VA contents, also on that of effectual EVA and compounds with different functional group are performed. Experiment results indicate that EVA shows excellent performance for Daqing crude oil when the content of VA is X2 and X3, and under the same conditions, compositional formulation of series EVA with different molecular weight shows better performance than EVA with single molecular weight for Daqing crude oil from Nanyilian Block.
