管道径向压力分布的磁弹噪讯一致性数据融合

A Consistent Multi-sensor Data Fusion Method for Pressure Distribution along Pipeline Axes Direction based on Barkhausen Noise Technology

  • 摘要: 在磁弹波法检测管道内压力的基础上,针对长距离输气管道压力的评估提出了一种新方法。该方法将先得到沿输气管道径向分布的一系列巴克豪森传感器测得的压力值与按入口压力换算得到的理论压力值的比值,然后使用三种一致性多传感器数据融合方法对这一系列比值数据进行融合,分别得出结果,并将不同方法的结果进行对比。数据模拟计算结果表明,该方法可以有效用于长距离输气管道压力的评估。

     

    Abstract: In the paper, a new method to evaluate the pressure of long-distance gas pipelines based on Barkhausen noise technology to detect inner pressure of pipeline is brought forward, that is, first the pressure data is obtained by Barkhausen sensors distributed at equal-distance along the pipeline axes and the theoretical pressure of the sensor's position, and the ratio of the sensor data and theory result are obtained, and then the ratio is processed with multi-sensor data fusion method to obtain respective results and comparison is made to the results based on different methods. The results of data simulation fitting display that this method can be taken as a newly effective method to evaluate the pressure of gas transmission pipelines.
