罐外底板网状辅助阳极阴保系统的应用

Application of Reticular Anode Cathodic Protection System on Outside Bottom Plate of Oil Tanks

  • 摘要: 以阿拉山口输油站两座5×104m3原油储罐投运实践为例, 通过对原油罐罐外底板网状阳极阴极保护系统的监测与分析, 指出该方式可使阴保电流分布均匀, 无屏蔽和干扰, 各部位保护电位基本一致, 且网状阳极可以近距离铺设。针对罐底板电位过保护问题进行了现场调试。提出了长期监测罐底板阴极保护状况的建议。

     

    Abstract: Taking two 50000 m3 oil tanks ' commissioning in Alashankou Pumping Station for example, monitoring and analysis are carried out to the cathodic protection system with reticular anodes at outside bottom plate of oil tanks. It is pointed out that utilizing the reticular anodes to protect the bottom plate can make the protective current uniformly distributed, shielding free and without interference, the protective potential at all positions being basically equal, and the reticular anodes be near-range installed. Field debugging is conducted to deal with the issues to be regarded in design and construction, and relevant improving suggestion is put forward.
