Status and Analysis of Compressor Stations over Natural Gas Pipelines

  • 摘要: 概述了我国陆上长输天然气管道压气站的技术现状。从压缩机组备用方式、机组选型、压气站相关设计及前沿技术的应用等方面, 指出了在优化设计管道压气站时应注意的问题。对压缩机组运行技术中的优化、在线监测与诊断进行了分析。介绍了目前我国压缩机组保养检修技术服务状况, 提出了压气站运行管理方式、环境保护与职业健康以及压气站完整性管理等方面的相关建议。

     

    Abstract: Developing status quo of compressor stations over China's land natural gas transmission pipelines is described. Problems to be focused on in optimal design of compressor stations are analyzed from backup mode of compressor units, determination of compressor units and relative design of compressor stations to the application of forward technologies. The author makes analysis to the optimization of running technology, in-line monitoring and diagnosis for compressor units, introduces service situations in domestic maintenance and overhaul technologies, and puts forward suggestions about running management method of compressor stations, environmental protection & professional health and integrity management of compressor stations.
