航煤储罐内防腐层采用不导静电涂料的安全性

Safety of Non-conducting Electrostatic Coating Materials as Internal Coating of Jet Fuel Tank

  • 摘要: 分析了目前航煤储罐内防腐涂料的使用状况, 列举了国内外航煤储罐内防腐涂料的使用标准和应用实例, 指出民航新建航煤储罐内防腐采用不导静电涂料不会构成静电危害, 并提出了民航新建航煤储罐内防腐涂料的选用建议和安全防范措施。

     

    Abstract: The application of internal coating materials in jet fuel tank is analyzed in the paper. Application standards and application cases of internal coating materials in jet fuel tank at home and abroad are given. It is pointed out that the non-conducting electrostatic coating material does not produce electrostatic hazards when it is applied as the internal coating of newly-built jet fuel tank in civil aviation industry. The author presents selection suggestions on internal coating materials for newly-built jet fuel tank in civil aviation industry and relative safety and protection measures.
