长输油气管道焊接技术的应用

Analysis to Welding Technologies of Long Distance Oil and Gas Pipelines

  • 摘要: 介绍了国内外长输油气管道的三种焊接方式, 即手工焊、半自动焊和全自动焊, 分析了我国新建管道不同焊接工艺的应用情况, 指出了不同焊接方式的适用范围、管道材料与焊接材料的匹配选用情况。

     

    Abstract: Welding technologies of long distance oil and gas pipelines currently used at home and abroad are introduced, including manual welding, semiautomatice welding and overall automatic welding. Application of different welding technologies in domestic newly-built pipelines is analyzed, and applicable scope of different welding methods and the matching between pipe materials and welding materials are also given in the paper.
