Setting up Designed Storage of Immobile Pressure Vessel for Liquefied Gas

  • 摘要: 针对盛装液化气体(含液化石油气)的固定式压力容器设计储存量设定的问题, 提出了与《压力容器安全技术监察规程》和GB50028-2006城镇燃气设计规范不同的观点。新算法以液体容积量作为最大储存量计算依据, 将液体容积所占压力容器几何容积的比例分为黄色警报、橙色警报和红色警报三个等级, 并针对这三个等级提出了相应的操作条件和应对方案, 可以保障压力容器的安全运行, 提高压力容器的使用效率。

     

    Abstract: As to the designed storage of immobile pressure vessel used to contain liquefied gas including LPG, the author presents the view different from those mentioned in《Technical Regulation for Safety of Pressure Vessel》and《Code for Design of City Gas Engineering》(GB50028-2006).The new arithmetic takes the liquid volume as a base to calculate the maximum storage, divides the proportion of the geometric volume of the liquid dimension into such three alarming grades as yellow, orange and red, and puts forward a relevant operation condition and answering scheme aiming at the three alarming grades, which ensures safety operation and increases using efficiency of the pressure vessel.
