增压站离心压缩机喘振控制

Techniques to Control the Surge of Centrifugal Compressor

  • 摘要: 介绍了离心压缩机的喘振机理和产生喘振的原因。以灵丘压气站机型为例, 分析了离心压缩机防喘振控制器采用的防喘振控制方法和P+I算法, 通过试验确定了喘振边界。提出了预防喘振的措施, 以保证离心压缩机在运行工况变化的情况下处于最优的工作状态。

     

    Abstract: The mechanism and cause of surge of centrifugal compressor are described in the article. Taking SOLAR TaurusTM 60-DRESSER-RAND CDP-416 centrifugal compressors used in Lingqiu Compressor Station for example, the paper describes the control method of the anti-surge controller of the centrifugal compressor units and gives the P+I algorithm. Based on the experiment, the surge boundary of the centrifugal compressor is determined and anti-surge countermeasures are provided which assure the centrifugal compressors running well under variable operation conditions.
