管道压缩机状态监测系统的灵敏监测技术及其应用

Sensitive Monitoring Technology under Running Condition of Monitoring System of Pipeline Compressor and Its Application

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种集报警监测、统计学习以及历史数据存储为一体的灵敏监测技术, 通过在涩宁兰管道压缩机组上进行的一系列现场试验, 统计分析获得了一个适用于管道压缩机组的阈值门限。试验结果证明, 该阈值满足了管道系统故障数据捕捉要求, 并能减少垃圾数据存储, 可为各压气站提供重要的技术支持。

     

    Abstract: The paper introduces a new sensitive monitoring technology integrated with multiple monitoring targets, statistical learning ability and historical data storage. Based on a serial of field experiments in a compressor unit over Sebei-Xi'ning-Lanzhou Gas Transmission Pipeline, the threshold value that can be truly applied to pipeline compressor unit is analyzed statistically. The results show that the threshold value meets the requirements of failure data capture and reduces garbage data storage of the pipeline system which provides an important data support for individual compressor station.
