降凝剂工业试验中流程卸压取样的方法

The Flow-Pressure-Releasing Sampling Method in Field Test of Pour Point Depressant (PPD)

  • 摘要: 新疆三化线进行了加KD-1降凝剂现场工业试验, 在石化分输站出现了凝点严重反弹现象。经过分析, 判断为“范县现象”, 即针型阀带压取样使样品以及凝点测试结果失真。通过采用流程卸压取样的方法, 证实了该判断并获得了真实的油样和凝点数据。以彩石沙混油加剂40 mg/L处理的测试结果为例, 说明了流程卸压取样的实施方法和效果。

     

    Abstract: During the pour point depressant (PPD) test in Beisantai-Wushihua Oil Pipeline in Xinjiang, a high point "rebound" was tested. After analysis, it was identified as a "Fanxian Phenomena", that is, the method on needle valve sampling with high pressure caused the sample and pour point distorted. By developing the flow-pressure-releasing sampling method, the above judgment was confirmed and true sample and pour point are obtained. Taking the test result of Caishisha blend oil with 40 ppm PPD for example, the paper demonstrates the implementation process and effectiveness for the flow-pressure-releasing sampling method.
