利用盐穴储备战略石油的技术要点分析

Analysis on Technique Points for Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) Utilizing Underground Salt Caves

  • 摘要: 对岩盐溶腔建造战略储油库的选址、储库稳定性影响因素和密封测试与监控技术等问题进行了分析, 研究与借鉴了国外利用岩盐溶腔建设战略储油库的经验, 可以为我国即将展开的岩盐地下储油库的研究和建设工作提供理论依据和标准参照。

     

    Abstract: The location of SPR's oil storage utilizing underground salt caves, the factors affecting on the stability of salt caves using as a oil storage and the seal test & monitoring technology are analyzed in the paper. In order to provide theoretical basis and consulted reference for China's salt cave construction of SPR in future, valuable experiences for SPR's oil storage constructed in salt caves using as a reference are studied.
